I used Maze, a user testing platform, to conduct an unmoderated usability study and analysed their interaction behaviour with the heatmaps.

Throughout this endeavour, I've learned to foresee probable misuse. During the design phase, I should consider on a grand scale to assure that the product can cope with problems as effectively as possible if they occur.
I learned to pay attention to every piece of information provided by users in order to gain insight and a deeper knowledge of their needs.
